Total body lifting
Goal - Removal of excess skin and fatty tissue on all parts of the body, as a result of sudden weight loss.
Surgical Technique - Due to its complexity, this intervention is performed in two acts. In the first act, an abdominoplasty is performed and the removal of excess from the stomach by strengthening the muscles of the front abdominal wall, removal of excess skin from the sides and back by shaping the gluteal (sedal) region as well as reducing the circumference of the thighs. The second act is performed after a few months, where breast correction and skin tightening are performed, if necessary, in the same act, secondary corrections are performed, which complement the first act.
Duration of the procedure and type of anesthesia - For this type of intervention, the patient must have a stable weight for the last 6 months and not suffer from other serious diseases. It is performed under general anesthesia and lasts 5 hours. Sutures are removed after 2 weeks.
Rare complications - Swelling, bruising and scar irregularity.
