



Liposuction and Lipofilling
Goal - Body reshaping by removing excess fat from various parts of the body such as chin, thighs, thighs, back, upper and lower abdomen, buttocks, knees, lower legs and arms. The removed fatty tissue can be used again for aesthetic augmentation of lips, cheekbones, cheeks, chin, filling of some defects in parts of the body (face, chest, arms and legs) where necessary (Lipofilling).
Surgical Technique - It is performed with the help of special cannulas and is aspirated under vacuum, the advantage is that it is performed through very small openings in the skin of a few millimeters that are not recognized at all after the intervention.
Duration of the procedure and type of anesthesia - The intervention lasts about 1-2.5 hours depending on how many regions liposuction is performed on and is usually performed under general anesthesia, while local anesthesia is used for lipofilling.
Recovery – Return to normal physical activities in 6-7 days. After the operation the patient must wear a sports belt for 3-4 weeks and it is mandatory to walk 1 hour a day for a month.
Rare complications - The appearance of small hematomas and swelling in the place where the work was done, which subside in the first week.
