Contracture is a common disease that leads to deformity of the fingers and palm. The little and ring fingers are most often affected.

In the beginning, this disease manifests itself with a subcutaneous thickening in the form of a granular knot, and later a thickened line on the palm appears, which leads to the bending of the finger against the palm.

As a consequence of this, there is pain and reduced functionality of the palm.

The treatment is a surgical intervention performed by Dr. Ognjen Daskalov.
