class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Goal \u2013<\/strong> Surgical breast augmentation, with placement of silicone gel implants. This is the most common and easiest aesthetic breast correction.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Operative technique \u2013<\/strong> Implants are usually placed through an incision on the lower edge of the nipple with a length of several centimeters, so that it is hidden and imperceptible to achieve a maximum aesthetic effect afterwards. It is placed under the glandular tissue, under the fascia from the pectoral muscle (submammary), or under the pectoral muscle (submuscular, subpectoral).
