class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Goal -<\/strong> Reconstruction, i.e. restoration of the volume and shape of the breast that was previously removed, usually due to a tumor.<\/p><p><strong>Surgical Technique -<\/strong> It is achieved by implanting a tissue expander with which we first want to enlarge or expand the skin, which is filled with liquid usually for a duration of 6 weeks, and then it is removed and a permanent implant is placed.
